A Clean Start
The very first Luceo blog post was on October 31, 2001. Now, only two days short of its four-year anniversary, we are starting anew. We've had hundreds of posts, many utter garbage. Those rare treasures among our deceptive promises of upcoming updates have been saved, but are not at present publicly available. I'm going to cull the good from the bad and publish them separately.
We started blogging with Blogger, and later imported those posts into Movable Type. At one point, I saved the database, did a somewhat clean installation, and manually added back each post in PhpMyAdmin--a painfully tedious task.
For reasons unknown, our blog stopped working about a month ago. We decided to just start completely over. I deleted every last file from the servers, deleted the database, and installed the newest version of Movable Type. Growing pains are now history ... along with our layout and every single comment ever made on the blog. The infamous "323" page about Hilary Duff is now gone. However, for those dedicated fans, the Internet Archive still has a copy of it in its full glory.
